Help please

Yesterday I was given the job as the phone administrator coz they saked the current one. And was given a old manual for a MD110 and an old PC link to the echange using FIOL and the access password. So has anyone got any advise of what to do LOL. Strange commands and lots of wires. Well first can FIOL be replaced with a nice GUI admin software on a nice WIN2k laptop ?

first of all you have to know your system, how many LIMs are there and what is your hardware version BC8 BC9 etc. Now, Fiol is a DOS based mml man-machine language, it has a new vesion in GUI form named Winfiol. All I cas say is, it is betterfor you to study the DOS based version. If u need any help regarding programming, or notes on these FIOL commands let me know.

...or you prevent learning all this strange commands and you will buy an EMG (Extension Manager). This program is menudriven.
