Heavily Saturated Images

Hi,

I've been searching on the web and a lot of people have this problem, but nobody has a fix!

When I open a file in photoshop, I get really dark and saturated photos. When I go to Files > Save for web - its back to bright, happy colors.

How do I fix this?

View > Proof Setup > Monitor RGB

Seems to fix the problem. (Photoshop CS)
