Heat on SQL 2000

I know that this is not strictly a Goldmine question, but I hope you will understand. I would like to setup the Goldmine/Heat integration and so thought it best to convert the standard Heat Access database to SQL 2000. I know that the LoadDB util is used, but I cannot find out much about it.

Do I create a SQL db first, or does this util do it for you once the ODBC dsn is setup to point to master?

Yes create a database in SQL first and then an ODBC driver. You can then use LoadDB to migrate the system.
