Power listed is 600W, But the engineer in me says not all is heat because then it should be as warm as 6 100W light bulbs combined !!! It appears to be much cooler than that, and I need to find a cooler for my enclosure. Heres the kicker- the cooler needs to be the smallest I can get away with. So if anyone can help me with this puzzle I would appreciate it.

Where do you get this idea that watts=heat, as in light bulbs are the same as inductors? Heat from light bulbs would be much greater than heat from a psu. Watts is simply voltage X current. For example, take a 750 watt microwave and compare it to a 1000 watt hairdryer---which would cook a bag of popcorn faster?
Is this thing fully loaded, with the quad core procs? Like all Dells, they vent out the back and suck air in the front. Are you having overheating issues? Do you have a bunch of these 1U boxes stacked on top of eachother, passing radiant and ambient heat to eachother? Are the backs of the racks/servers at least 3 feet from and wall?
