is there any way to create particles in heart shape?

Yeppers!
Make your heart image a layer with transparency. Then define another layer as a solid. On the new solid, put a particle gun. In the settings for particle gun, there is a setting for Layer Map. Choose your heart layer.
If you want the hearts to do things, such as flutter or rotate or change color or whatnot, you have to precomose that first, then use the precomposed layer as your layer map.
