Customer issue: When customer call another system (Dahill) and gets placed on hold I hear my own MOH.
Customer has ATT SIP trunk. I'm guessing Dahill has the same ATT SIP trunks as the customer.
I have tried another system with another SIP provider and this does not happen when calling the same number (Dahill). I only hear the two beeps when normally no MOH is present.
Customer would prefer to hear the beeping noise rather than their own MOH.
Can anyone recommend a solution.
Customer is running IPO SE 10.1

Sounds like you have checked 'local hold music' on your SIP trunk

Manager>SIP>VOIP tab.

Local Hold Music
Default = Off.
When enabled, if the far end puts the call on HOLD, the system plays music received from far end (SIP Line) to the other end. RTCP reports are sent towards SIP Line. When disabled, the system plays local music to the other endpoint and no RTCP packets are sent to SIP trunk.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

A madman with a taste for speed.

I have tried enabling and disabling "Local Hold Music" with same results no matter if checked or unchecked.
