Hi,

I have a quesiton about DTMF tones. There is a Call center with OPT 81C. Sometimes customers need to enter passwords while they are on a conference with agents. Because of security issues agents must not hear this tones. Is it possible to stop hearing this?

Thanks....

Yep. warning tones are o the ACD DN for yes/no if running straight ACD, and on Cof/tds card options I believe.

Biginindian65,
thank you for your reply. But i couldn't find any configuration about it. Can you explain more?

answer end to end signaling no in the cdb, not at work so i can't post the code.. that does not stop e to e, it just stops the tones..BUT it stops the tones from being heard on all calls, you just hear key click..
