Hearing aid compatible handsets for 64XX telephones.

New associate. Tried a 6208 Analog with volume handset initially. Switched to a 6408D+ upon learning of user having a hearing aid. Still reporting issues. Suggestions/recommendations?

What issues are you having? What type of hearing aides do they have? There are other solutions depending on the model of hearing aide.
