I have two stations 6475 6478 that have bridged appearance 6245. The problem is if station 6475 presses on 6478 appearance he can hear there conversation. How do I turn this off.

The feature you're looking for is 'exclusion'. Pg 732.
You can have manual exclusion - where you have an exclusion key, and if you press it, you'll stop people from bridging on to it.
You can have automatic exclusion by COS - where users with an exclusion key and that are assigned a certain class of service will have exclusion activate on all their calls by default. This will work fine for your two users.

Then you have a special feature to do buttonless automatic exclusion by COS in case you needed to do that for 1000 phones but didn't want to have to program an exclusion button on the 1000 phones.
