Headsets Working one way on DT730 phone on SV8300

Good Day to you all,
I am seeking you r assistance on the configuration of the headsets on the DT730 IP Phone connected on to the SV8300
I have configured a function button using code F1090.When I make a call, I can hear the other person but they cant hear me.
Any other configurations.

What is the manufacture and model of the headset? Is the handset working both ways? IP or TDM phones?

Hi Belevedere,
The model of the headsets is Plantronics
The headset is working one way.If I use the headset, I can hear the other caller, but he/she cannot hear me

What is the model of the Plantronics unit? NEC recommends certain models and has some switch settings listed, but not all Plantronics units work.
