Headsets and M3820

Hi,
We have a need for headsets to be attached to our M3820 telephones. Now we can get them to work BUT, can't get the telephone to ring...it just does one beep. Is there any setting I can change to make the phone ring?? I can't find anything!!

fita in cls will increase it from 1 beep. and maybe rngb in cls will chg the beep to a ring... i haven't seen that, we use headsets with the 3904's (na series) sets without that problem.. our 3905's do that but they are now on auto answer so it's not a problem
