What is a good headset to get for these phones?

Also, when programming the phone what CLS do you need to get the headset to work? I already have HFA enabled, anything else?

We use mostly Plantronics or Smith Corona in our call center. Those are all wired either mono-aural or bi-aural. For staff, we've mostly used the Plantronics Voyager blue-tooth or CS50 cordless.

There isn't any CLS needed to have the headset work. There's a button that you can press to activate the headset if you're using the headset port in the back of the phone.

HFA is for hands-free speakerphone use, not for a headset.
