headset with ETR set

Is there only manual operation for headsets with an ETR set?

Yep, just the "lift the handset" feature...or if you really want to get advanced, the "buy the little lever that lifts the handset" feature. The only problem with the second feature is that anything that comes over the speaker..ex. phone ringing, voice announce, page..will come out loud and clear in the headset.
