headset tone on Mitel 5000

I have a Mitel 5000 version 6.0 and ACD agents. the agents have 5360s with the Mitel headsets. they are looking to get rid of the camp on tone in the headset. i have tried to change the flags that look to be labled as that but i still get the tone.

camp on indications - no
send alert burst to headset - no

any suggestions?

Have a look at:

System / Devices and Feature Codes / Phones / Pick a Phone / Flags, Hunt Group Camp-On Audio Indications, set this to NO and give it a test
