Headset stops working during the day - Avaya oneX agent

Hi,

the headset stops working randomly during the day, and they have to disconnect and reconnect the headset to work. they have the latest windows and driver updates.
CM R8.1
OXA 2.5.16
Plantronics with DA70 adaptor

they replaced the headset and the adaptor but no help.
it happens to a few users!
 
does it stop working with one-x agent only? if it works with other applications such as Teams then you just narrowed down the issue. I would suggest downloading plantronics hub to download the latest headset drivers
 
when it stops working, we do a windows sound test and it works ok. So Im assuming only with OXA!

I am assuming it is a USB headset. Check the USB power settings.
you may also want to change the USB port the headset uses.
 
check the release notes for 2.5.16, remember seeing quite a few known issues for USB headsets in previous ones.
