Im trying to set a user up with a function key to activate his headset, the phone is a dbc 203 with an option unit attached for the headset, i have been told that the headset function key should activate automatically on key 14. so i deleted the extension and re initiated it but key 14 has gone to a TNS, and i dont know what value if any to use for FCN
