Headset auto-answering

Magix 2.2 with 44XX phones. Some of the users are having thier calls automatically presented to thier Plantronic headsets that are connected via HIC-1 cords. Here is the kicker, it isn't every call. Any Ideas? I tried a search, but came up blank.

There is a Headset Auto-Answer option on the Magix. I would add that as a button on their phone and see if it lights up as if it is active. If it is, just de-activate it and then remove the button from the phone.

Already tried that, it looks to be only happening when the call is directed to a primary cover button, but not every call to the button.
