I am looking for a part number or Model number for the headset adapter for the 8400 series set. I know it used to be the M-500 or MX-500 but i think there is another one out there.

Plantronics sells the H51 & M12. Maybe this is what you're looking for?

Thanks,

CJH,

With the M12 the client has to have the reciever off hook. They just want to press a button. I know that the 500A was the adapter I used back in the 90's and early 2000 with a prong plug. But here is another product out there that you plug it into the Aux rj45 jack in the back of the unit and all you have to do is just get a headset with an rj11 end and plug it in. I hate working with old technology.
