Headsed key button in optipoint 500 and openstage hfa

Need help on how to permanently lock the headset key in the phone where this button cannot be disable by the agent so that auto answer will works.

Then we will enter the command CHA-TAPRO:6429,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,VACANT,; so that the HS button will not be disable by the agent.

But the problem is when the phone has been reset the HS button will be disable again and back to ringer mode that is why we need to do the command again.

Is there a way where we can permanently enable this HS function?
