Headest on 4424LD+ Console phone

I just put a Plantronics H41N headset on the receptionist's 4424LD+ and everything works great (had to program the Headset Hangup and Headset Status buttons on the phone) however the receptionist is not liking the fact that she has to manually press the line buttons as the inbound calls come in. She says that she liked the fact that when a call came inbound (or by transfer return) that she simply picked up the handset. Is there perhpas a button that can be programmed to automatically hit it and answer the call ringing her phone? I discused the option of having the headset auto-answer however she is not comfortable with having it auto-answer because this person has alot of customers potentially standing at her desk. The biggest issue that she explains is the transfer returns and not knowing which button she should be hitting as other inbound calls are coming inbound at the same time whereas with the handset - she simply picked it up to answer and could identify based on the lights on the phone. I guess if there was some sort of "pickup/answer" button that she could hit every time to answer a call in the proper order?

If you have an amplifier with the base unit, unplug the handset cord and plug it into the base unit, then plug the base unit into the old handset cord jack. Ignore headset status and hangup and just pickup the receiver and hangup the receiver to start/end calls.

Unfortunately I do not have an amplifier. The headeset connects directly (using a quick disconnect cord) to the headset port on the telephone.

just use the headset status button as hangup and answer button when the phone rings you can use teh button to answer and hang up when you are finished or press the next SA button for another call to be answered.
