I am currenlty running GroupWise 6 and need to do some troubleshooting of my email mesasges. I need to view the headers of the messages we receive, but I can not find them.

I have read all the technical documentaiton I can find and tried what has been recommended...they are not visible even when you click on the message and chose view, there is no mime attachment on any of the messages.

Does anyone know how to view them or if there is a setting that needs to be "turned on" for us to be able to see them?

Try opening the message, then click on FILE - ATTACHMENTS - VIEW. The window that comes up will have the MIME file your looking for. This works even if you don't have an attachment on the e-mail. Brent Schmidt CNE,Network + [atom]
