Morning;

A couple days ago I posed a question pertaining to conditionally suppressing sections. Wanzek pointed me at the DrillDownGroupLevel function, which helped immensely.

This is a follow up question, although I feel I should note that I am a CR newbie, and that I should apologize if these questions are too simple for this forum. Gotta start somewhere.

My report has a detail line, grouped by county. At DrillDownGroupLevel=0 I show only the number of records by county - one line each. Page Header "A" is displayed, while "B" is not, as desired. When I drill down I want Page Header "B" to display.

Currently when I drill down no page headers are displaying. (Neither is the report header, although I can live with that.) Suppressing the section based on DrillDownGroupLevel does not change anything, so I am assuming there must be a toggle somewhere to force Page Headers on drill downs.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

D

YOU need to place your page header info in to a group header. Then in Change Group -> Options Check repeat group header on each page.

Go to File -> Report Options and ensure Show All Headers on Drill own is checked.
