Headers not showing up in drilldowns

I am trying to get my Page Header to show up in all of my drilldowns. I am using CR 8.5 and I have the possibility of drilling down 3 times. I tried to use the group headers, but they showed up for each instance of the drill down and I only want it to show up at the top of the page. Can someone please help me.
