Header problem when printing.

Here's the issue: User opens an e-mail containing an e-mail address and prints it. He gets two pages, the first contains the header from the e-mail and then nothing on the rest of the page and the actual address he wants on the second page. How do I get rid of the header page, or at least get Notes to print everything on one page? The printer settings within Notes are correct and the settings on the printer itself are correct also. AARGGGHH!!!
