Header in MS Word

Hello
Thro Lotus script i am buliding a report in MS Word from a Notes view. Everthing is fine with the report, but i am not able to insert an Header and Footer in the MS Word report. If any body know how to include these features from Notes into MS Word pls help me out. Pls show me the code if possible.
