Hi,
I need to collate several similar reports (individual files) into one file. This can be done through MS Binder, or by pdf'ing and inserting files... however by adding a continuous page number to the bottom of the file, this knocks out the existing header created in the MS Word, or in Acrobat v.6 it doesn't recognise the series and so also knocks out the existing numbering.
What I want to do is:
Collate 3 seperate word docs, each of 4 pages, into one file.
Each has its own unique header with page 1 of 4, 2 of 4... with no footer.
Once these are collated I want to add a footer that runs continuously Page 1 of 12, 2 of 12... through the entire file.
PLEASE HELP!
Thanks,
Zaichik123
