HDX and callbycall issue

hi

i have an issue where a call is logged in HDX DB as ANS but in Call By Call i only see
Call tranferred
AGT N/A type CDN
AGT:N/A,type CDN
Interclid :13214895959
DEST.
Evt LOG Type
Contiunation

any explanation of call end reason. thanks

The Intercall ID is the remainder of the details about the call. Since a transfer technically creates a new call you will get a partial looking entry. In the same time frame you should find the referenced intercall ID.
