Can somebody help me?

Think it's a problem with an LV :
lslv :

/dev/download -- /download jfs 3538944 rw yes
no
/dev/rootlv -- /home/root jfs -- rw yes
no
/dev/ora1lv -- /ora1 jfs 27017216 rw yes
no
if i umount the /home/root will that work?

LeDam,

Disk error 1 is my experience is complete failure of the disk, if it has not failed yet it will soon. My bet also is that mksysb will error out as well. Are you still getting new errors logged?

Try unmounting /home/root - but you will probably still get I/O errors and the disk will still be on the way out, when you get I/O errors from lspv -l hdisk0 you need to worry. As you have not got a mirrored rootvg I hope that your backup's are good.

For the time being all may be well but it will eventually go.

Best of luck PSD
