HDI Print field lists from tables

I feel silly asking this question but for the life of me I can not figure out how to print out a list of fields that I have in my table. Example: In design view I would like to print that out so I can reference it in hard copy. What am I missing? I am sure this is simple.....

Go to Tools -> Analyze -> Documenter and look at the options there...
