Hdd shows only in safe mode

hello ppl

i have two 40 gb hdd , just did a fresh installation of windows xp, i installed xp on say hdd A ,problem hdd B shows up only in the safe mode ,normal mode i don't c it at all , pls help really irriatintg to restart in safe mode continuoslyu to access data from hdd b

Go into computer management by Start > Settings > Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management.

Click on Disk Management > Can you see the HD in here? I suspect You can, If so let us know what the description is for the Drive, also each drive is contained in a coloured border. Below all the drives it will let you know what each colour means so also let us know what that is.
