HCM 200 Documentation needed !

I am new to Siemems PBX's and need to do some work on a siemens HCM 200. I have no documentation or anything else avail. PLEASE can anyone help me out

This system is very complex. Even with books you might not get there. I would recommend some sort of training before even attempting your hand at it.

As a Siemens trained person (now referred to as Expert because I understood it!) on the HCM200/ROLM 9200, I can say even IF you have the manuals and software (EMMA) to talk to the switch, you have a long way to go...it is a PITA to work with....but granted, the switch WORKS and WORKS and WORKS.....but if it needs major MAC or other programming needed, you are in for a long haul....
I have been around 9200s since 1993.....company spent $5000 for me to go to Florida and get trained...I was #3 overall in the class...(Missed ONE question because I was WRONG...the other two were by accident....RATS!) but the switch still bites me all the time..
