I've just performed a reboot and the following entry has been generated 26 times:

Log Type Software
Log Number 5711
Severity Warning
Date 2014/Feb/11
Time 22:14:56
Source HCI
Description data_convert failed in the function: convert_device_info for data type - 60
Module Main
File Name and Line Number dataconvt.c;70

Has anyone ever seen this or have any idea what it could mean? I can see nothing wrong/alarming with the system.

Almost looks like you may have a phone with the wrong COS, so like a lower end set with the COS for a higher level phone, such as a 5340.

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

Interesting idea JR, The only device that have nearly 26 of are NP ports. There doesn't appear to be anything NOT working right now, so when things cool down (which will never happen) I'll audit the COS for the ports and report back.

Thanks for the idea,
-b

Export your COS's and review the 2 HCI options.

I've been enabling these options whether I need them or not for all COS's
