I think you will have to access the SAN switch and you will get plenty of commands showing the above data. Just access it and issue the help command. I don't remember a specific command for now coz it has been along time since i logged in to the switch.

it all depends on what brand of switches you have, as each switch has it own syntax ( mcdata is other then brocade )
for a switch config of brocade :
SupportShow -> shows full config of switch
portcfgShow -> will show portspeeds,autonegotiate,...
or just type help on the prompt to see an overview of all commands available
