HBA dual ports

Hello,

I'm planning to install an HBA with dual on our Sun Enterprise 220R (2 X UltraSPARC-II 450MHz) Solaris 8 as I only have 1 open PCI slot. I just want to make sure if its compatible before purchasing it. Pls advise.

Yes.
Go to

http://www.sun.com

(Sunsolve) and select support and then go to SERVERS and select the E220R and look for "Full Components List".

It will show you the Fiber or SCSI PCI interfaces.
