Having voice annoucement hiccups with G711 and G729 codecs

Hi all,

I am currently using:
MAX TNT
TAO: 10.0.5
codec: G711

I encountering problem with announcement hiccups where I first installed G729 codec then G711 codec. Does anyone know what the cause of it or experience such symptom? I tested during peak time and non peak time on MAX and both I got the same issue, but during peak time is more serious. Any hint is appreciated.
