Hello,
We recently upgraded an Option 11 running 4.5 to 5.5. We did the whole CPU change out to a CPPM, upgraded the SS, upgraded the Call Pilot from 3 to 5, etc. Everything works fine except Symposium Express.
When we went from an SSC to CPPM the TN format changed from Small system to Large System format. Symposium couldn't acquire any sets or voice ports. (It also has a Voice Services Card).
We tried deleting the phone sets but it thought they were acquired. Even though the TN’s don’t exist anymore. It wouldn’t de-acquire or allow me to delete.
We turned on the SSC 4.5 again let Symposium acquire, manually de-acquired then deleted the phone sets and voice ports with the correct TN
We either get invalid TN or no comm path to server.
So basically if we put it back to 4.5 it works but it won’t work with 5.5.
According to the compatibility matrix symposium express is compatible with 5.5.
Does anyone have any ideas?
