having trouble wih caller id on a cics.I get caller info but no access to the call log on feature 812 the message i get is program the log which was done, any idea on this.

Never heard of that error/message....usualy No Log Assigned.
You have to to assign a log count out of the pool and you have to also tell it which type of calls to log such as Unanswered By Me or Answered Calls or Log All Calls.
