Having trouble viewing station 96xxdata file in utility server

Hi,

I have a client that recently upgraded to MBT 6.3
The client duplicated a station. Now the phone looks like the duplicated station. The client does a manual backup. Then they go to the utility server and download the zip files of the backed up station. In there, the duped from station text file SBMLABEL shows all the labels assigned on the buttons. On the station copied to, it is just a blank text file, thought the phone shows all the autodials labeled and personal CO line are not labeled. How can it fix this or further trouble shoot it.
