Having trouble setting up ACD Reports to at TTY Port 2

I am having trouble setting up ACD reports to a TTY.

No Merdian Max, Symposium or CCM.

I built the queue a few monts ago and I was recently asked to setup a tty for reporting.

It is a CS1000S @ 4.5

I tested the TTY in LD37 by typing tty 2, here is the output I saw

I am using TTY 1 for CDR but for Testing I disabled CDR and changed TTY 1 to ACD and still nothing.

It was recomended that I INI the switch but I havn't recived a go ahead yet for that.

it looks like everything is correct in programming, I dont remember the pinout for the cable from the tty to the printer, but are you sure that is correct?

I am using a null modem adaptor. I am getting CDR with the same cable on TTY 1. I just moved it to TTY 2.

I also get the output above on TTY 2 from LD 37

Change the LD23 SCB "DOW" to 2 3 4 5 6 or 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
