Having trouble pulling info into table...

I am making a ASP page pulling information off of a access database table. I got the information to display in my table on my page, but for some reason the table is at the bottom of the page. You have to scroll down to see the whole thing. There are no spaces before this table and I cant figure out why it is doing this. Here is my code...

Not sure if this is the problem, but the last <BR> is inside the table, but not in a cell.
