Sometimes when we send stuff to print during terminal server sessions it just sits in the queue and doesn't print. If i delete it it says deleting but just sits there and holds up the queue. The only way to get rid of it is to stop the print service and delete it from the system32\spool folder on the actual server.

i'm still getting this problem can anyone help?

Any particular type of document? This happens to us periodically with pdf files and I have to do the same thing.

Also, are these printers mapped to non-TS users as well? Is it possible they are clogging the pipe to the printer and forcing it to idle in queue?
