Hi guys,
I try to back up my flash image to my tftp server, and my router has trouble locate the name of the flash. I used the command "show flash". The following appears:

File Length Name/status
1 8108960 c2500-js-l_112-17.bin
[8109024 bytes used, 279584 available, 8388608 total]
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read ONLY)

And when I type in the source of file"c2500-js-1_112-17.bin", the router can't locate the file. Is there any other way I can do to transfer my flash to my tftp server? Thanks in advance

Hi,
If what you typed in your problem is correct, you are not specifying the correct filename.
In show flash you see filename
c2500-js-l_112-17.bin
when you are specifying filename you have typed
c2500-js-1_112-17.bin

replace the '1' with an 'l' and see if you get a result.
Cheers. If everything is coming your way then you're in the wrong lane.

Hi,
Thanks very much for the reply. You're right. It's typo. Now, it's working now. That's very silly mistake..ha ha
