Having trouble initiating EL7 extensions

Hello Experts,
I'm trying to install EL7 CAS extensions to an MD110 BC13. The Voicemail system is already integrated, but only has 8 EL6 ports. We want to add more users and would like to uses TLU76/3 cards as EL7 extensions.

I had to remove a E1-DPNSS (TLU76/2)card no longer used and placed a TLU76/3 in its place. But everytime i try to initiate the EL7 extensions I get a "incorrect boardtype" error message. Do I need to configure the board position to recognize TLU76/3?

Here is what I get from the CLI

You have to end the TL76/2 (CNBOE:BPOS=xx-x-xx-xx and initiate the new TL76/3(CNHUI:BPOS=xx-x-xx-xx

You also need to make sure you have the correct ICAT value for EL7 to interface with the voicemail.

Turns out I don't have the license required to initiate CAS-Extensions, but at least now i know what I need to do when we do get the license enabled.
