Having trouble getting the Windows 7 Scheduler to run the Access Tasks that I have

We just got Windows 7 PC's at the office and I am having trouble getting the task manager to work with my Access tasks.
My XP machine tasks are fine. I am having trouble getting one to work so I can set the others up. Does anyone have a script sample.

yes, you are correct. I did not supply enough information.
The script was not running...It turned out that the path is now C:\Program Files (x86) ......
the previous script was from an XP machine where the path was C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 12\MSACCESS.EXE.......
