Having trouble concatenating quotes on a string with an IIF statement

I have this control source I am trying to build on a report.
I need the string to say " (the "Fund(s)") "

The real string is below.


=Trim([Owner]) & IIf(Count([Owner])=[text8]," (the ""Fund(s)""", "")

I am getting headaches looking at this one!! Hope someone can help.

Wherever you need to use " (double quotes) - try[blue] [tt]Chr(34)[/tt][/blue] instead.
