This summer I updated the security certificate rootCert2040 on all our MXe's. I have two MXe 3300 at 7.2, (Primary and Secondary) that I have had to reload for the 3rd time. Actually the secondary is actually in lockout. And I just received email from Mitel that the primary is at level 4 alert. What is going on?

Be sure you actually imported the files with the correct type. Filezilla will change the extension to .txt and it must be .ppc

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.

nytalkin, At least from my laptop, re-naming the file did not work. From a co-workers laptop we were able to download the Cert2040 as _ppc from Mitel. That worked. Again thanks so much.
