Hello. Hope you are doing well.

We recently redirected our 3702 APs to a new WLC.
They were connected to a CT5508.
Now they are on a CT8510.

Everything seems to be working fine except for Wireless IPT phones
Model 7921
Using WPA2 Enterprise

Short Issue description:
1. Intermittently dropping the calls.
2. Incoming calls sometimes do not ring, even though caller is calling to his WIPT from his cell waiting for it to ring.
3. There is sometimes noise during the calls. This depends on where they are calling.

I've asked the site for more details and for logs from the Call Manager.
Wondering if anyone has suggestions on AP and WLC config specific to WIPT.

Thanks.

Im not a WLC guy but I would say make sure the QOS policy is set for Platinum for them.
