I was using DFM to notify us about network events. I altered the mail_notify.conf file so that we were sent more specific e-mails. This has been working for about a month but all of a sudden it just quit. I cant seem to get the DfmMailNotifier service to start. I will enable the process but it will just say "Administrator has shut down this server". I am not sure what happened because nothing was changed on the Ciscoworks server. Has anyone else ran into this?

Sounds like 1 of 2 things. Either the dfm domain is not running so when it tries to connect the connection fails. Or the mail server or its configuration has changed and the mail notifier can no longer establish the connection to the mail server.
