I created reports and they do show up ok on the screen however when I print they are black on white.
It is definitely not the printer. I can print any other document in color and all if okay.

I even set up the color printer as my default.

I have a client's name in a Group header and filled the txtbox with a light blue.

How can I solve the problem?

When I select printer properties prior to printing, I can set the report to print either b/w or color.

Unfortunately that is not it Duane.

I have this problem in a network printer. Maybe your problem is the same, but mine is bizzare.

If I select file print, or open it as print insstead of preview, it prints black and white. But if I open it, and see the colors, and print by hitting the print button, it works fine.

Gosh...my problem is as bizarre as yours. (network printer as well) Nobody seems to be able to figure it out.
I do open it in preview mode. I see the colors but...I hit print and there it comes out black and white.

If I print any other colored document from my machine to the same printer I get a colored page. The problem seems to reside in my Access reports.

Thank you Chaz for your post. At least I know I am not alone having this bizarre problem. :)
