Having problem while trying to run the report 1

Hi i having aproblem while i am trying to run the report from the crystal admin launchpad. can some one help me what is external destination:none. This is what i am getting when i view the error.

Status: Failed

Printer: The instance is not printed.

External Destination: None

Data Refresh Settings: Use the server defaults.

Start Time: 4/21/2005 2:59:26 PM

End Time: 4/21/2005 2:59:29 PM

Server Used: pc-oreddy.reportjobserver

Error Message: Information is needed before this report can be processed.

It would seem that you are either missing the Database login credentials or you've missed entering data for the parameters.
